1. General Provisions
Gestalt Dialogues is an international project dedicated to professional dialogue and the exchange of knowledge and experience in Gestalt therapy, psychotherapy, and related disciplines.
The website https://www.gestaltdialogues.org/ offers:
- Participation in online events: lectures, seminars, workshops, conferences, professional meetings, and other educational events.
- Printed publications of the project, including the Gestalt Dialogues almanac.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms, the Refund Policy, and the Public Offer.
2. Placing an Order
To purchase a product or service, the buyer selects the relevant offer on the website, reviews its description, price, and terms of provision, provides the necessary contact details, and selects a payment method.
The price is indicated on the product or event page and confirmed when the order is placed.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation is sent to the buyer at the specified email address.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is confirmed once the funds have been received in the seller’s account.
3. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available on the website:
3.1. By bank card via WayForPay
Payments by bank card are accepted through the secure payment service WayForPay.
Payment data is processed by the payment service. Gestalt Dialogues does not store buyers’ full bank card details.
3.2. By bank transfer in EUR
Payment in euros to an IBAN bank account at a European bank. Details are provided to the buyer when placing the order or upon request.
3.3. By bank transfer in UAH
Payment in hryvnia to a bank account in Ukraine. Details are provided when placing the order or upon request.
Any bank fees, currency conversion, and the timing of bank transfers are determined by the relevant financial institutions. If payment is made in a currency other than that of the card account, conversion may be applied according to the rules of the bank and payment system.
4. Participation in Online Events
Events are held remotely using video conferencing platforms and other digital services.
The date, time, duration, program, and price of each event are indicated on its page.
Once payment is confirmed, the participant receives organizational information and a connection link at the email address provided during registration, prior to the start of the event.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have a working device, internet access, and the necessary software.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the buyer will be refunded the full cost of participation or, with the buyer’s consent, offered participation in another event.
If the date or time of the event changes, the organizer will notify participants by email.
The procedure for withdrawing from participation and obtaining a refund is set out in the “Refund Policy” document.
5. Delivery of Printed Publications
Printed publications, including the Gestalt Dialogues almanac, are delivered only within Ukraine.
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta (Ukrainian postal service) to available branches or parcel lockers.
Delivery costs are paid separately by the buyer according to the carrier’s rates.
The item is shipped after payment is confirmed and the order is prepared. The specific shipping date is communicated to the buyer when the order is placed or in the order confirmation.
Delivery time depends on Nova Poshta’s operating conditions and the destination locality.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the buyer is provided with a tracking number for the shipment.
If the paid item is unavailable, the seller will notify the buyer and offer to arrange a new delivery date or issue a refund.
6. Returns and Order Cancellation
Refunds for online events, order cancellations, and replacement of printed publications are handled in accordance with the “Refund Policy” document published on the website.

8. Final Provisions
These terms form an integral part of the Public Offer of Gestalt Dialogues.
Any matters not addressed by these terms shall be governed by the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
The seller reserves the right to update these terms by publishing a new version on the website. Such changes will not worsen the terms of agreements already concluded without the buyer’s consent, unless otherwise provided by law.
